Over the last 5 years I have successfully assisted Jonathan England with culture development leadership and channel building at our self-sustaining eco village we have created and built in Costa Rica, known as Earthwaking Village. Jonathan England is the founder of Earthwaking University and Earthwaking Village.

One of the key ingredients of our success has been the Visionary Leadership Program (VLP). The VLP was originally created as a program to create a world-class leadership team that could clearly hear Jon's message and support his vision for Earthwaking University. Additionally, the VLP has become a foundation for daily life at Earthwaking Village. All village members practice the distinctions taught in the VLP in their daily lives. I’m proud to say that goal of our mission is now accomplished, in that we have created a strong core leadership team which is the guiding force for training new villagers as they arrive.

The VLP has successfully taught over 650 students in the past five years. It is time for an upgrade of the VLP. Now we are unveiling The Visionary Leadership Program version 5.0.

Now that we have an entire community rooted in the core distinctions of our work we get to go even further and explore whole new worlds in language that offer transformational impact and power.
